First-ever PAB Junior launch

We are delighted to have completed our first ever PAB Junior Launch online. Reading is an integral aspect of growing up and gaining knowledge and we couldn’t be happier to be able to play a role in helping children discover the love of books and reading. In addition to opening up a world of insights and knowledge, reading is a skill that children have a lot to gain by. From increasing their knowledge and improving grammatical skills to offering new life perspectives and allowing children to be part of an alternate book life, reading comes with many advantages.

Since this quarantine situation was upon us for the past few months, we were unable to have our usual PAB Junior sessions but thanks to technology and a passion to help our social movement grow despite all the odds, we were able to launch our first online session for the PAB Juniors category.

We would like to extend our gratitude to our club leaders who worked immensely well to ensure that the sessions were conducted successfully. We had 20 members (all of whom were kids) for our launch along with 72 participants who joined us and this included kids, City Presidents from India and the two founders of PAB – Ragulan and KVT Ramesh.

The session was made even more interesting with Umar Athik's presentation of E.B White's book ‘Charlotte’s Web'. Umar's immaculate storytelling skills kept our audience rapt with attention and we’re glad that our participants thoroughly enjoyed it. One of the greatest aspects of our PAB sessions is that it helps the presenters to enhance their public speaking skills when they talk about the lessons and inspiration to take from the book of their choice.

Stay tuned with us for more PAB news! We have lots more exciting things lined up which we cannot wait to share it with all of you!
